CASEWORKERS: Become the link between members of the armed forces and their families. As an AFES caseworker, you will be on a rotation schedule and take calls from families members who want to send an emergency communication to a service person. (2-hour workshop required)

PRESENTER: Make presentations to service personnel and their families throughout the year. Informing them of the services the Red Cross provides and assuring implementing the "Get To Know Us Before You Need Us" program.
