Class Schedule...

Any specialty classes, eg: AED, workplace training, can be scheduled at your convenience. A minimum of eight (8) participants is required for class to be held in any of the below courses. Before registering, please call to confirm any of the below classes, dates and times.

FIRST AID/CPR/AED for the Workplace - Price Varies

This course is for first-time participants or those needing a full-course refresher.

Components offered:

· Standard First Aid - $70

· Adult, Infant, Child CPR/AED - $80

· Adult, Infant, Child CPR/AED & First Aid - $110

· Adult CPR/AED - $70

· Adult CPR/AED & First Aid - $90

Time: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CPR starts at 9 am with First Aid starting at 12:30 pm

EVENING CPR/ AED REVIEW COURSES

Components offered:

· Adult, Child, Infant, CPR/AED - $70

The review course allows the participant to view video segments, practice and perform skills for evaluation and complete written exam(s). To be eligible to participate in the review course, the participant must possess a current American Red Cross certificate or recently expired card for the course being conducted. Non-certificate holders may not participate in the review course option.

Time: 6:00 - 8:30

EVENING REVIEW COURSES

CPR / AED FOR THE PROFESSIONAL RESCUER - $110

This class is ideal for lifeguards, persons entering nursing or medical technical school, or others with a duty to respond to emergencies. Each participant retains participant’s manual and pocket mask.

CPR / AED FOR THE PROFESSIONAL RESCUER

INSTRUCTOR COURSE - $170

(if you become a volunteer instructor for the chapter – after 50 hours of service we will refund your course fee)

Prerequisite: Must have current CPR /AED/ FA certification prior to first day of this class. Copy of certification cards required.

Participants must attend all classes to complete the Instructor Course.

PET FIRST AID - Price Varies

The Pet First Aid course will give individuals the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illnesses for their dogs and cats until they can be transported to the veterinarian. Classes are offered at the Chapter office and at various community locations. Call the chapter for more information.
