The Westmoreland County Chapter of the American Red Cross provides emergency / disaster services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

At the time of a disaster depending on the client’s needs, Red Cross workers can assist the family with immediate help for shelter, food, clothing, emergency medications and/or referrals.

All assistance is based upon disaster-caused needs, not loss, and is an outright gift financed solely by voluntary contributions of the American people.
